Some of the athletes at the end of the run. Aged 30 to 77. That means I could still be doing this in 37 years time! What a great thing to look forward to!

My run went well and placed 6th out of 20 with another PB of 7.28 over 2km.

Overall I am 11th out of 15 in my age group for the European Masters. I am delighted with the score, especially given I have only had 4 weeks of training.

Tomorrow is the team relay event - all 5 sports in one day. Go GB!
